Years of research and development
In our search for how to best teach people uniquely human skills, we tested online platforms, ran focus groups and researched, researched, researched. And we continue to explore new and effective ways of delivering the best learning experiences the world has to offer.

Old models of skill sharing didn't work, so we started searching for what did. We journeyed the world in search of the best advice on training design. We met with expert sources as diverse as MIT Media Labs, schools of the Nordics and the University of NSW. All to bring you a program that actually works.

If you want to change your perspective, you have to get out of your bubble. In designing this program, we realised how crucial diverse perspectives are to being better humans. So far we've visited 16 countries in our mission to build our global collective. And the search continues — 16 down, 179 to go.

Cecilio, better known as CJ, is a husband, father and project management maestro. Taking a creative approach to the analytical, he brings complex tech projects to life and helps businesses realise their true potential.

CJ is currently the president of Creative Adaptive Thinking and has worked for big name tech companies, including Polycom and Japanese television network NTT. His passion for tech extends to his not-for-profit work too, where you can find him working with Soulciety to fight against poverty and provide young people with access to technology.

Drawing on his comfort with the uncomfortable, CJ loves teaching leaders and project managers how to respond to complex situations with agility and creativity. When he's not helping clients unlock skills to lead better projects, CJ pushes people above and beyond through the art of boxing. In 2012, he even participated in the Olympic trials.

Now freelancing in Berlin, Johannes uses his experience to help organisations discover pragmatic, concrete and focused tools to approach any challenge with a designer's creative problem solving framework.

When he's not helping businesses translate complex problems into design challenges, he enjoys backpacking and singing in the Berlin-based rock band Down to Nine.
