As a result of FEW's continuing growth and vision for the future, we formed the Advisory Board in 2015. The Advisory Board is designed to contribute to our ongoing vision and success through leadership, insight, guidance and support to ensure our goals are met today and in the future. The Advisory Board is made up of FEW Founding Members, who have years of experience in financial services and running successful businesses both in Australia and overseas. With their contribution FEW will carry on supporting the positive progression of women by helping our members achieve the goals they aspire too.

She has extensive achievements in customer service, client management and sales, predominantly in professional and financial services. Ilaine is an accomplished architect and implementer of B2B client transformation programs and has a passion for people and customers- coaching and mentoring high performing individuals and teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Julie was formerly Director, Equities IFM Investors, and responsible for IFM's Equities business and sales strategy with a key focus to work with existing clients, along with a mandate for further expansion of the equities offering in Australia and New Zealand.

Originally from New York, Julie has worked in the financial services sector for over 15 years with extensive experience establishing and developing new regional operations in the US, Europe and Asia in leadership roles in funds management, superannuation and investment banking consultancy and sales.

Amelia is the Standard Director for Financial Adviser Standard Ethics and Authority, and was formerly in an Executive Consulting role with CBA. Prior to these roles Amelia was the Director of Horizons, an internationally acclaimed 'centre of excellence' that recruits, educates, and develops aspiring financial planners for the AMP network. It is also a major financial planning practice with planners located in capital cities around the country.
Krystyna Weston

Krystyna's career is diverse and spans financial services and wealth management in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. In recent years Krystyna has extended her portfolio to publishing, digital strategy and social enterprises.

During her career Krystyna has held a number of senior management positions including Director/Founder Manly Social, Director PotrtfolioConstruction Forum, Managing Director Simple Invest, Head of Distribution AMP Capital, CEO ASSIRT Research, National Retail Marketing Manager MBF/Bupa and a number of senior marketing roles at Rothschild and MLC.

Heather Dawson is a business leader, speaker and Head of Sales and Distribution for Australia and New Zealand at Morningstar. A native of the Midwest of the United States with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in the US and Australia, Heather has also served as a Partner and Sales Leader at Mercer and Managing Director for Retirement Services at Russell Investments. She began her career at the global financial services firm, Principal Financial Group, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Pene has wide ranging experience at an executive level for the past 16 years. Previous roles include CFO and Director positions with various commercial property companies such as Cameron Brae and BIS Shrapnel. Pene is a member of CPA Australia and began her career as an Accountant and Financial Controller. Her former role at the FPA covers all elements of the Association – from finance to member engagement and from staff retention to IT. Pene is passionate about opportunities for women in finance and is a keen advocate for mentoring and career development. She has mentored someone for over 30 years and is a member of our advisory Board. She also remains the company secretary of foundation of the financial planning associations charity Future2.
Donna Whittaker
Senior Program Director at Colonial First State
Donna Whittaker is a senior Program Director with Colonial First State (CFS) at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). In her current role, Donna is accountable for the CFS Regulatory Reforms Program and previously the Wealth Management program covering CFS, CommInsure and Advice. From 2013 to 2017, Donna worked in the Investment Development team at CBA overseeing all aspects of large scale Risk transformation and investments. This role focused on the investment process for internal transactions over $10m covering project prioritisation, business case evaluations, funding decisions and post implementation reviews.

Donna also has extensive, broad and progressive international experience working with Goldman Sachs, Invest Australia and JP Morgan in Australia, Asia and North America. Donna holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
Michelle Weber
Senior Program Director and financial services consultant
Michelle is a senior Program Director and financial services consultant with over 17 years' experience. She has led a range of significant Business Transformation Programs for organisations such as CBA, Macquarie and BT Financial Group including those focusing on regulatory, strategic and cultural change.

Gaining her consulting experience with Ernst & Young, working across Australia, the UK and US, Michelle has developed a reputation for delivering complex programs within tight time-frames and budgets.

Prior to this role, Geoff was responsible for leading NAB Financial Planning for a period of 4 years. Geoff also headed up the Wealth Management operations at Bank of New Zealand for two and a half years as General Manager of Insurance and Investments. He was also CEO of Advance MLC, establishing and operating the start-up Life Insurance and Funds Management businesses in Thailand.

Geoff is a family man with a huge passion for cycling and a fascination with playing golf.

Tizzy has more than 20 years' experience in the Financial Services industry. Joining IRESS in 2007, Tizzy leads a team of skilled professionals and is responsible for the delivery of IRESS' wealth management solutions and services to more than 1,000 AFSLs. Tizzy believes that client service is fundamentally about building relationships based on respect and a deep understanding of the clients' business, objectives and challenges.
Sue is a financial services leader with significant executive experience within Wrap Platforms, Superannuation and Investments. She is currently at Powerwrap in the role of Special Projects Lead. Prior to this Sue was at Colonial First State for more than 20 years. Sue has been adaptable across business functions including roles as Head of Wrap, Head of Product Solutions, National Account Manager and Head of IT. She is also an accredited company director.

Sue is also passionate about the communities in which she lives and works and has numerous additional roles as a committee member, volunteer, basketball coach and a member of the Advisory Board for FEW. She is also a very proud mum of 3 gorgeous boys.
