Annual Leadership Conference
The FEW Leadership Conference is already recognised as Australia’s premier event for successful senior women in financial services. In a competitive industry full of change requiring transformation and innovation, this is a must attend event for those serious about advancing their careers.
As we wrap up this years UNSTOPPABLE Leadership conference we would like to thank our event co-hosts Macquarie and PEXA and all of our Corporate and Event sponsors. The theme of our 2019 Conference Unstoppable was dedicated to the Leaders and Future Leaders of our industry who continue to break barriers through challenging times. We are Unstoppable in our achievements, Unstoppable in making a positive impact in our industry and Unstoppable in leading by example.
In 2018 we completed our Making a Difference Conferences in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. With an average NPS of 9.14 across all five conferences we are delighted with the success of each conference.
Our events are inspiring and a great opportunity to learn practical tips and insights shared from experts in leadership and personal development, including international television presenters, authors, and renown leaders in financial services. Additionally, our events are a great chance to connect and share stories with others equally passionate about financial services and empowering women.

Proudly supporting SISTER2Sister and Future2 charities
The SISTER2sister program is a unique year-long mentoring & risk management program designed to empower ‘at risk’ teenage girls to turn their troubled lives around. It is an early intervention program that addresses the deeply entrenched intergenerational problems in our disadvantaged youth, and focuses on the core underlying issues, starting with the lack of a stable positive role model. Future2 is the Financial Planning Association (FPA)’s charitable foundation. Financial planners support Future2 by raising funds, donating, volunteering and nominating not-for-profits for grants. Since Future2 was established in 2007, $823,000 has been committed in grants to grassroots programs that transform the lives of young people. Read more
