Circle@10, Circle@2 and Deep Dive Sessions

circles-logoOur program called Circle@10 for Future Leaders and Circle@2 for Senior Members are continuing in 2018 due to popular demand. The Circles are an opportunity for members to participate in discussions on topical issues and are hosted at various Corporate Sponsors premises around the country.

Executives from the industry will join each Circle to answer questions and provide advice. Each Circle is limited to 30 members enabling frank, open and honest discussions in a confidential environment. This is also an opportunity for members to meet and network with other members.

The Circles are consistently held at 10:00am to 11:30am for Future Leaders and 2:00pm to 3:30pm for Senior Members. Notification of the Circles' dates and locations will be emailed in the FEW Newsletters. RSVP will be essential to secure your spot.

The overall objective of the FEW Circles is to ensure members at all levels have an opportunity to discuss topics they are interested in with experienced industry leaders. Interaction is encouraged with no judgment. FEW is here to help you and provide you with the experience, guidance and support that you will need in your career.

Deep Dive sessions

We've listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce our latest initiative Deep Dive sessions topic based sessions.

These are specific leadership subjects that members have highlighted from our previous Circle group sessions. Deep Dive sessions provide opportunities for members to delve deeper into business topics in a confidential environment to discuss every aspect of the subject with a view to improve their current skill level, facilitated by an experienced industry leader.

We are in the process of asking our members what topics they'd like us to run and will release these in the coming weeks. email anna@fewau.com with your suggestions.

Scheduled Topics:

Cultural Diversity in the workplace and settling into a new role. In this session, Judith will open for discussion on how we are including new people going into a new environment or division and being mindful of different cultures by setting clear expectations and ensuring the new person feels included in the team. Several Senior Members have been invited to share their experience on this topic. Sandhya Maini, General Manager NABFP NSW/ACT will be joining us in Sydney to share her insights and experience.
