What a great day we had at the FEW Unstoppable Conference 2019. So many wonderful women and men who are truly unstoppable and making a difference within the industry and their organisations. I was touched by all the wonderful comments we have received about how much our attendees got from the day. Particularly that they appreciated the positive, unstoppable agenda and all the positive spirit in the room. With our feedback survey now complete, we finished with an average NPS of 9.38 and the one thing that stands out most is that all the speakers, panellists and MC’s had consistently high ratings from the attendees. I personally could not separate them either. I loved them all and thank each of them so much for making the time to give back. Putting an event like this together takes a team of dedicated people who are passionate about what they do, and I am so grateful for my unstoppable FEW team. We were also fortunate to work with the fantastic PEXA and Macquarie teams to make it happen. What a great group of people and I feel fortunate to have the pleasure of getting to know each and every one of them.

The takeaways for the day included being proud of who you are and value the strengths you have. Embrace where you came from and how it has shaped you to date by looking at the positives.  Ask for help and make sure you have people in your corner who will guide you and give you constructive feedback. We talked about what it takes to be on a board, how to get to GM level, what constitutes bullying, ways to spot the truth, as well as the journeys from inspiring women and men who have broken down barriers to achieve great heights.  We look forward to seeing everyone at our next Circles and Deep Dives on May 8th in Sydney and May 22nd in Melbourne to continue our mission of being unstoppable this year – register here. Stay tuned as in the next few weeks we will announce our conference for 2020 so you can save the date! Regards Judith
