FEW was developed to provide a structured Career Advocacy Program along with day to day support for women within Financial Services to ensure members have all the support they need to progress forward in their career. FEW members obtain experience, guidance and support from more experienced members to help them achieve their full potential. FEW’s positive progression of women is supported by several of Australia’s major financial institutions.
QSuper CEO, Michael Pennisi said “We are proud to be a member of FEW, an organisation that like QSuper aims to make a positive difference for the advancement of women. With females making up over half our workforce, we are committed to assisting their development by giving them access to a structured support system for career progression. We recognise the importance of diversity in our workforce, allowing us to be reflective of our members and make better decisions in their interests”.
Founder of Financial Executive Women, Judith Beck said “Together with QSuper, we support the positive progression of women through our day to day programs that will help their leaders and future leaders obtain the skills they need to progress in today’s work environment. FEW is also focused on making sure that Future Leaders are seeing the achievements of our Senior Members so they have role models they can relate to. Our Advocacy program, Circle Program, Deep Dives, Leadership Conference and private online forums help our members on a daily basis become better leaders with the right guidance and experience. We are very excited to have QSuper on board to help us with our goal to make a difference towards the positive progression of women.”
