BT expands its goal towards the progression of women in leadership.

FEW was developed to provide a structured Career Advocacy Program along with day to day support for women within Financial Services to ensure members have all the support they need to progress in their career. FEW members obtain experience, guidance and support from more experienced members to help them achieve their full potential. FEW’s positive progression of women is supported by several of Australia’s major financial institutions.
