Judith Beck Founder of Financial Executive Women (FEW) donates FEW to successor.

After 7 years of developing FEW and growing to a successful stage, it is now time for FEW to take its next step of growth and expand even further with a digital capability and more resources for our members, said Judith Beck. FEW is all about passing the baton of experience to the next levels and this is my way of giving back to an industry that has been good to me, Beck said.

A 12 month search process began together with the FEW Advisory Board looking for someone who’s main passion is about the Positive Progression of Women.  Alex Tullio who joined us earlier this year as Executive Director to spear head our digital strategy has proven to be the right choice.

Beck says “I have known Alex for over 20 years and have followed her journey from BDM to being a member of the Group Executive with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Alex has built a deep level of experience and a strong reputation for growing and transforming businesses into profitable enterprises. I have no doubt that Alex and her team will be able to take the FEW vision even further and help with ensuring that all women have the right support system and equal opportunities”.

Judith Beck will take the role of Chairman of the FEW Advisory Board and we will help ensure that FEW and the industry achieve their goals of equality for everyone.

The team at FEW and I welcome Alex and her team with great excitement for our next phase of growth, says Beck.
