Financial Executive Women (FEW) is proud to announce its newest corporate sponsor – PEXA, (Property Exchange Australia), Australia’s online property exchange network. It assists members – such as lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions – to lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically. PEXA is committed to supporting the property industry as it transitions towards a 100% digital settlement process that is fast, safe and efficient.

Judith Beck Managing Director of FEW said “our corporate sponsors are some of Australia’s most successful organisations who are all committed to making sure their workforce is balanced.” When we launched FEW Good Men in May, Mike Cameron, Group Executive Customer and Revenue, PEXA, immediately contacted us to come on board to be an advocate to help boost the number of women in senior positions in the industry, and for PEXA to be part of FEW. PEXA has over 300 employees and are committed to positive progression for everyone.

Mike Cameron, Group Executive Customer and Revenue at PEXA, said, “Diversity is an asset and an essential quality that should be at the forefront for all companies. It’s important for us to recognise the need to guide and support women as they advance to senior positions. The empowerment of women goes a long way to achieving the progress our industries need."

FEW was developed to provide a structured Career Advocacy Program along with day to day support for women within Financial Services to ensure members have all the support they need to progress forward in their career. FEW members obtain experience, guidance and support from more experienced members to help them achieve their full potential.
