Financial Executive Women (FEW) was developed to provide women within financial services a membership community that will train, guide and support them for the duration of their career journey.
FEW provides members day to day support in the form of several successful tailored initiatives to ensure the positive progression of women in today's work environment.
About Us
FEW Career advocate program
Under a 12 month structured program, FEW provides Members with an Advocate outside of their current organisation who is more experienced and from the financial services industry.
The Advocate assists in career development by providing guidance, truth and honesty, without the conflict of interest issues an internal mentor may have.
Confidential advice
In addition to the career advocacy program, FEW has created a confidential online forum. The forum is specifically designed to enable you the freedom to discuss career issues on a daily basis in strict confidence with other members who are bound by the same ethics, trust and confidentiality.
This confidential environment created by FEW means you can discuss any work place issue and receive unbiased advice from experienced female executives within the financial sector.
Expert guidance and Support programs
FEW Group mentoring is an opportunity for members to participate in discussions on topical issues. These session are hosted digitally and on a Monthly basis. Executives from the industry will join each session to answer questions and provide advice.
Between the group mentoring session we have our mastercalsses, which are designed to provide opportunities for members to delve deeper into specific leadership subjects and business topics in a confidential environment facilitated by experienced industry leaders
FEW Good Men
FEW Good Men is an initiative offering our members at senior levels guidance, support and experience from the "good men" in our industry through the Career Advocacy Program. The FEW Good Men have been supportive of equality and the positive progression of women in our industry and want to continue to be. It is still important to not only continue with our quest to ensure women are provided with the right support systems, but to ensure equality is for everyone.

Events & Conferences
Our events are inspiring and a great opportunity to learn practical tips and insights shared from experts in leadership and personal development, including international presenters, authors, and renown leaders in financial services. Additionally, our events are a great chance to connect and share stories with others equally passionate about financial services and empowering women.
As a result of FEW's continuing growth and vision for the future, we formed the Advisory Board in 2015. The Advisory Board is designed to contribute to our ongoing vision and success through leadership, insight, guidance and support to ensure our goals are met today and in the future. The Advisory Board is made up of FEW Founding Members, who have years of experience in financial services and running successful businesses both in Australia and overseas. With their contribution FEW will carry on supporting the positive progression of women by helping our members achieve the goals they aspire too.
